Milestone Day: Jumping, Down and Heel!

Today was a busy day. I finally figured out how to jump onto the furniture today. I was so proud of myself, I decided to try jumping off the couch a couple of minutes later and that went well too!

Later this afternoon, I learned the meaning of "Betsy, down." What I learned is that I LOVE tasty roasted chicken and I will "sit" and "down" as often as they will give me chicken. Yummmmmmmmm. Actually, I will do it even when they don't give me chicken. I like watching them see how smart I am!

Then, this evening, I learned about a choke chain. I have always enjoyed snagging them and running out to the yard to play with them more. But today I got to wear my very own. It was heavy and cold feeling, but I forgot all about it when I went for a walk later. And I even did a "sit" when we were on our walk. It was easy!
